Management

Management is an equally critical part of the Spamchek service. We provide a comprehensive set of management features that enable you to maintain control of your email-processing.

Spamchek Account Manager

The Spamchek Account Manager ("SAM") is the focal point of all Spamchek per-domain management activities.

SAM is effectively made up of 3 sections - general settings, filter management and quarantine management.

General settings: quarantine area thresholds, retention time, contacts etc.

Filter management: blacklists, whitelists, rule-editing.

Quarantine management: browse the quarantine area and optionally delete or release emails.

SAM is available to the local system administrators, generally for infrequent monitoring or occasionally for investigating or tracking a particular email. Depending on the level of Spamchek understanding, a system administrator may choose a primarily hands-off approach or alternatively want to take an active role in managing the service. SAM caters to both choices.
