Information

spamchek = filtering + management + information

Information is the third critical factor in the Spamchek equation. We pride ourselves in our ability to keep our customers well-informed of the status of their email-traffic. An outsourced anti-spam and -virus solution will always have an element of "blackbox" about it, but by making the Spamchek processing as transparent as possible and by providing plenty of information, we hope to alleviate this.

Spamchek Account Manager: SAM is the focal point for all account-related information, and also provides at-a-glance statistical information as well as access to the per-domain eventlogs.

Administrator reports: Summary reports are provided for all administrators at regular intervals (daily/weekly/monthly). The reports are sent by email in PDF format.

Quarantine reports: All end-users have the option of receiving regular listings of newly quarantined email. These listings are provided in text and HTML format, and enable end-users to independently review and release wrongly withheld email.
